Nikolay Dimitrov – Founder & President
As the founder and president of Craft Education Bulgaria, Nikolay Dimitrov is deeply committed to the field of education. With a strong background in educational research and development, he has participated in numerous studies and initiatives aimed at improving learning systems. Fluent in Bulgarian (his native language) and English, he is an excellent communicator who fosters international collaborations.
Nikolay's personal experience with Erasmus+ programs has shaped his vision for the association, allowing him to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. His leadership ensures that Craft Education Bulgaria continues to expand its reach, create meaningful projects, and provide valuable opportunities for young people and educators.
Niya Pavlova – Project Coordinator
As the Project Coordinator, Niya Pavlova plays a key role in designing and implementing our educational initiatives. With a strong academic background in education, she has a deep understanding of learning methodologies and international education systems. Her advanced English proficiency and communication skills enable her to connect with partners and stakeholders across different countries.
Niya has traveled extensively to study global education models, gaining first-hand insights into innovative teaching methods. Her passion for Erasmus+ projects was a driving force behind Craft Education Bulgaria’s decision to engage in international collaborations. She continues to lead our strategic development by bringing in fresh ideas and fostering cross-cultural learning experiences.
Katya Pavlova – Deputy Project Coordinator
Bringing expertise in communication and psychology, Katya Pavlova serves as our Deputy Project Coordinator. Her understanding of human behavior and learning processes is invaluable in shaping our educational approaches. With a keen interest in the psychological aspects of education, she assesses the impact of different teaching methods and ensures that our programs are both effective and inclusive.
