The fourth day of the “Energie für Ihren Körper, optimieren Sie Ihr Leben” Erasmus+ KA153-YOU Mobility of Youth Workers project continued successfully in Klagenfurt, Austria. Bringing together youth workers from Türkiye, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, and Austria, the project continues to provide valuable opportunities for promoting healthy lifestyle habits, strengthening professional competencies, and fostering international cooperation among youth organizations.

The day began with the dynamic “Brainstorming Race” activity organized by the Austrian team. Participants were divided into small groups and challenged to generate as many creative ideas as possible within a limited time. Topics included increasing team productivity, improving workplace efficiency, enhancing teamwork, developing effective time-management strategies, and creating engaging social media content. The activity encouraged participants to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and explore different perspectives while enjoying a friendly and motivating competitive environment.

The Portuguese team then facilitated the seminar “Nutritional Supplements and Athletic Performance.” During the session, participants learned about different types of nutritional supplements, including vitamins, minerals, protein powders, creatine, and other performance-related products. The seminar highlighted both the benefits and potential risks associated with supplement use, emphasizing the importance of making informed decisions based on reliable information. Through presentations, visual materials, and interactive discussions, participants gained a deeper understanding of how supplements can support a healthy lifestyle when used correctly.

One of the key activities of the day was “Water and Sport: Finding the Balance,” organized by the Turkish team. Participants explored the crucial role of hydration in maintaining health and supporting physical performance. The session focused on fluid loss during exercise, proper hydration strategies before and after physical activity, and the importance of making healthy beverage choices. Following the educational presentation, participants took part in a creative workshop where they designed and decorated their own reusable water bottles using environmentally friendly materials. This activity successfully combined healthy living principles with environmental awareness and creativity.

In the afternoon, the Bulgarian team organized the “Movement and Social Media Festival.” Participants learned about the physical and mental benefits of regular exercise and practiced simple activities that can easily be incorporated into daily life. Working in groups, they created short videos demonstrating the exercises they had learned and shared them through social media using a common project hashtag. This activity highlighted how digital platforms can be used to promote healthy lifestyles and inspire wider communities to become more physically active.

The day concluded with a reflection and evaluation session, where participants reviewed their learning experiences and shared feedback on the day’s activities. In the evening, another vibrant Cultural Night brought participants together to showcase their traditions, music, customs, and cultural heritage. Through these exchanges, participants strengthened intercultural understanding, built lasting friendships, and reinforced the spirit of international cooperation. As a result, the fourth day successfully combined creativity, health awareness, environmental responsibility, and intercultural learning in a meaningful and engaging way.
