Craft Education Bulgaria proudly took part as a partner in the Erasmus+ Mobility of Youth Workers project "Energize Your Body, Optimize Your Life" (Project No. 2025-1-AT01-KA153-YOU-000299912), coordinated by FI Gesundheits- und Sportverein. Held in Klagenfurt, Austria, from 7 to 14 September 2025, the project brought together youth workers from Austria, Bulgaria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Türkiye to exchange good practices, develop innovative approaches to health promotion, and strengthen their professional competences in encouraging active and healthy lifestyles among young people.
The sixth and final day of the “Energize Your Body, Optimize Your Life” project, implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme and coordinated by FI Gesundheits- und Sportverein with Craft Education Bulgaria as a partner organization, was dedicated to reflecting on the experiences gained throughout the project, showcasing its achievements, and strengthening intercultural exchange. The activities held in Klagenfurt provided a meaningful conclusion to the project while also creating opportunities for future cooperation and collaboration.
The day began with a collaborative art activity in which participants created a collective artwork representing their experiences and learning outcomes from the project. Working together on a large canvas, youth workers expressed the knowledge, skills, memories, and emotions they had gained throughout the week through drawings, symbols, and visual elements. The final artwork became a lasting reminder of the project, reflecting both the diversity of the participants and the strong connections established during the mobility.
This was followed by a comprehensive evaluation session, during which participants reviewed the project activities and shared their feedback. Using digital evaluation tools, youth workers assessed the most impactful activities, identified areas for improvement, and reflected on their personal learning achievements. The session provided valuable insights into the overall impact of the project and offered important recommendations for the planning of future international initiatives.
One of the key components of the final day was the meeting with stakeholders who had supported the project throughout its implementation. Participants and organizers presented the project’s results, shared success stories and experiences, and discussed opportunities for future cooperation. These meetings contributed to the dissemination of project outcomes while also laying the foundation for sustainable partnerships in the field of youth work and non-formal education.
The programme concluded with a cultural visit to the city of Klagenfurt, offering participants the opportunity to discover Austria’s rich cultural and historical heritage. During the excursion, youth workers explored important landmarks, natural attractions, and cultural sites while continuing to strengthen social connections with participants from different countries. This final activity complemented the project’s learning journey by promoting intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, and friendship among the participants.
Held between 21 and 26 July 2025, the “Energize Your Body, Optimize Your Life” project successfully enhanced the knowledge and competencies of youth workers in the areas of healthy lifestyles, physical activity, mental well-being, and sustainable living. At the same time, it fostered strong international partnerships and meaningful exchanges among participants from Austria, Bulgaria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Türkiye. As Craft Education Bulgaria, we are proud to have been part of this valuable Erasmus+ initiative and remain committed to supporting future projects that contribute to the professional and personal development of youth workers across Europe.
