Energize Your Body, Optimize Your Life Project Successfully Concluded

Craft Education Bulgaria proudly took part as a partner in the Erasmus+ Mobility of Youth Workers project "Energize Your Body, Optimize Your Life" (Project No. 2025-1-AT01-KA153-YOU-000299912), coordinated by FI Gesundheits- und Sportverein. Held in Klagenfurt, Austria, from 7 to 14 September 2025, the project brought together youth workers from Austria, Bulgaria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Türkiye to exchange good practices, develop innovative approaches to health promotion, and strengthen their professional competences in encouraging active and healthy lifestyles among young people.

Throughout the project, participants took part in a variety of workshops, training sessions, and practical activities focusing on healthy nutrition, sport and physical activity, mental health, motivation, stress management, sports psychology, and sustainable living. Through evidence-based learning methods and interactive exercises, youth workers gained valuable knowledge and practical skills that they can apply in their own lives as well as in their work with young people. The project also highlighted the positive impact of sport on personal development, teamwork, social inclusion, and active participation.

Beyond increasing awareness of healthy living, the project encouraged intercultural learning, experience sharing, and the development of strong international partnerships among participants from different countries. Built around the themes of sustainability, active lifestyles, and personal growth, this mobility project provided meaningful professional and personal development opportunities while laying the groundwork for future cooperation and collaborative initiatives across Europe.
