As a partner organization, Craft Education Bulgaria is proud to take part in the international Erasmus+ project “Energie für Ihren Körper, optimieren Sie Ihr Leben”, which officially started in Klagenfurt, Austria, and is being implemented between 21–26 July 2025. Supported under the Erasmus+ KA153-YOU Mobility of Youth Workers programme with the reference number 2025-1-AT01-KA153-YOU-000299912, the project brings together youth workers from Austria, Türkiye, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, and Romania to exchange knowledge and experiences on healthy lifestyles, nutrition, physical activity, and youth work practices.

The main objective of the project is to increase the knowledge and awareness of youth workers regarding healthy lifestyle habits, support them in developing innovative methods for working with young people, and foster sustainable international cooperation among organizations from different countries. Through the project activities, participants are encouraged to promote healthy living within their local communities and contribute to the well-being of young people.

The first day of the project began with interactive ice-breaking and networking activities designed to help participants get to know one another. Organized by the Austrian team, the introductory game created a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere where youth workers shared information about themselves and engaged in meaningful conversations. This activity laid the foundation for strong teamwork and collaboration throughout the project.

Later in the day, participants attended the project presentation and exploration session, where they were introduced to the project's objectives, activity plan, and the importance of healthy nutrition and physical activity. Youth workers from different countries exchanged experiences about their daily healthy lifestyle habits and discussed similarities and differences in their approaches. Through group discussions and collaborative learning, participants gained new perspectives and inspiration from one another.

The programme also included an Erasmus+ information session facilitated by the Bulgarian team. During this activity, participants learned more about the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme, international mobility experiences, and examples of successful projects. In addition, the Turkish team delivered a Youthpass information session, explaining the purpose and benefits of the Youthpass certificate and highlighting its role in recognizing learning outcomes and personal development achieved through Erasmus+ projects.

The day concluded with the “Goal Wall” activity organized by the Portuguese team, where participants shared their personal and professional aspirations and discovered common interests and values. Finally, during the daily evaluation session, participants reflected on what they had learned, discussed challenges they encountered, and provided feedback for the upcoming activities. As a result, the project started successfully with a strong spirit of cooperation, motivation, and intercultural learning among all participants.
